North London Family Home Fitted with Fumed Oak

A North London family home had six rooms fitted throughout with the Charisma fumed original oak. They asked for the floor to be versatile with the different styles of the room and to be warm, easy to clean and rich in hue.
The floor was insulated against moisture, noise impact and cold with a layer of Technics 5, a high density rubber underlay. Jordan Andrews also supplied matching thresholds, stair nosing and pipe roses to ensure an elegant continuity with the timber of the flooring.
The floor supplied was the Charisma Fumed Oak, an engineered floor, with a specification of; 14mm thick, 193 mm width and 2245mm length board with a square edge so as to create a smooth finish.

The end result was two floors, six rooms, two stairs and adjoining hallways of exquisite wood flooring which is both low maintenance ideal for a family lifestyle and stylish enough for a period home.
